- What is the price of MAPO?
The price of MAPO coatings depends on the coating area, coating thickness, specific properties (there are five recipes up to now) and workpiece shape. The production volume is also critical factor for price. We suggest that ,after coating the samples, the exact quotation could be made.
- Are there red or blue colors of MAO coatings?
Up to now, there are only white and dark black MAO coatings provided. Although there are other colors developed in laboratory, there are some problems in reliable mass production.
- What kinds of MAPO product are mostly produced in your factory?
The MAPO coating has been extensively applied. However, due to non-disclosure agreement (NDA), we can only reveal that most of applications focus on the corrosion resistance and wear resistance in extreme environments.
- Are MAPO coatings are feasible for 3C products?
- What is the limit of the dimension of workpieces your factory can do? Can the capacity of mass production meet the need of customers?
The properties of MAPO coatings outperform the need of 3C products. However, the rapidly declining price of 3C products limits its commercial application up to now.
There are complete fully automatic mass production lines in our factory in Taiwan. The production capacity is also largest in Taiwan up to now. However, The real production capacity depends on the pretreatment and complexity of workpiece.
- What requirement of workpiece do you need before MAPO processing?
The requirement of workpiece is as the same as the traditional anodic coating. TSMT have developed eco-friendly pre-treatment processes, include degreasing, cleaning, removing anodic coating or ceramic coating, etc. The cleaner the workpieces are, the easier and cheaper we can do.
- Can you carry out selective coatings of MAPO?
Yes, we have many experiences of selective coatings. However, the feasibility depends on the shape and complexity of selective area of workpieces.
- Can MAPO be carried out on workpiece with HA coatings
Yes, there are many experience of refurnished part in our factory.
- Do the techniques used in your company invade intellectual properties?
All techniques used in TSMT are self-developed and well-documented. All of intellectual properties are all carefully surveyed and reviewed by lawyer.
